Director & Head of Performance

Hi, I'm Katie a Co-Founder at Aspire Physical Health Ltd. After gaining invaluable experience in the sports industry as a Swimming Coach and Teacher, I am now qualified as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and working towards Level 4. 

As a Sports Massage therapist I want to help people in providing targeted massage techniques to enhance athletic performance, prevent injury and promote recovery. With the various massages I provide, I can help with treating the build up of muscle tension, improve circulation, flexibility, reduce joint stiffness and reduce the stress overall on your body, improving your range of motion. I also offer a therapeutic massage for those who require a massage that focuses on promoting relaxation, relieving stress, and addressing specific physical discomforts through a variety of massage techniques.

As a keen runner, I find joy and fulfilment in the challenge of every mile. Running is more than a sport, it s a way of life that keeps me focused, and constantly striving to push my limits. Whether its the thrill of a race, or the peace of a solo run, I embrace the physical and mental strength that running cultivates. 

Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I believe that spending quality time with loved ones is essential for a happy balance life.

I’m Paul, one of the co-founders and owners of Aspire Physical Health Ltd. With a master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning (S&C), and over a decade in professional sport as the Head of Sports Science, S&C and Nutrition, as well as 20+ years as a Personal Trainer, I have vast experience and knowledge that will help you achieve your athletic goals, or return to participation.

Having coached and worked with people of all abilities, from stroke patients, to current international athletes, I have developed the ability to adapt any training to suit the individual needs of everyone. With a focus on injury prevention, athletic performance and overall health and well-being, I want to support everyone, whatever and wherever they are on their physical health journey.

As a dedicated runner and overall sports person, I have competed in many types of sports and events, ranging from 100m sprinting, to road marathons, trail runs, triathlons, football and swimming. Through all my education, professional and personal experiences, I understand that pushing towards that next goal, enjoying training and staying injury free is key to my overall well-being.

As a husband and father, family is central to everything I do, and I believe that dedicating quality time to my loved ones is key to maintaining a happy balance in life, which is why helping my wife and daughter achieve their goals, having family trips and holidays is one of my favourite things to do.
